From requirements analysis to commissioning at your location
We start by understanding your process. In the requirements analysis we define goals together with you: cycle time, accuracy, degree of automation, operating concept. Based on this, our design engineers develop a machine concept in 3D CAD, which we coordinate with you before manufacturing begins.
Machine frames, base plates, mounts, guides and custom parts we manufacture ourselves on our 12,000 m². Turning, milling, stamping and welding – all under one roof.
Our control systems building takes care of electrical design, switchgear manufacturing, PLC programming and visualization. Mechanical and electrical engineering work seamlessly together.
In our assembly hall we build your special machine and conduct comprehensive functional tests. You can accept the machine at our location before it is shipped.
We deliver the machine to your location, commission it and train your staff. CE documentation is provided as standard.
